Project Done
When I got the skidloader, one of my plans was to build a grapple for the forks. The aftermath of the ice storm moved that up from wish to necessity. What you see below is the product of enlisting Joe Yoder's help to get the thing out of our heads and onto the skidloader.
There was a straw bale sitting in the ditch about a quarter mile down the road from our place. It must have fallen off somebody's truck. It had been there for several months, and I finally decided nobody was coming back for it. I knew I couldn't get it with just the forks because of how it was sitting down in the ditch, but it was easy with the grapple. This thing should really make brush handling easy.
