Today I went to Larned, KS to finish up a server/network install in a new medical office. Snapped some pics along the way. Got to see some countryside. Was a very nice, quiet drive - Except for the 40+ mph winds.
Isn't Larned gorgeous? (Ah-hem.) I spent a few days there with Derrick when he was doing his six-month internship at the state hospital the winter of '04-05. No matter where we were in town or in the countryside, there was no escaping the stench of the feed lots. I'm sure Larned is wonderful in its own delightful way, but we have too many painful associations with the place and that season of our lives to consider them. Oh, well, I guess your trip is proof that part of the country isn't all bad.
@justpeachy607 - NOW I know what happened to Derrick....
I REALLY like the picture of the church house, but the rest of the pictures are like looking at NOTHING!!!!
